Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and growing boutique fitness industry.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. You will execute the full sales process, meet and exceed sales goals, conduct studio tours, and be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale
  • Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager
  • Studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales
  • Promote the studio through grassroots/community events

You will also assist with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment and have the opportunity for growth within the studios.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
Compensation & Perks

This position offers a competitive hourly wage and Commission paid on sales. You will also have the opportunity for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions.
