We are a non-medical home care agency in Washington, DC, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients in the comfort of their own homes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with light housekeeping and errands
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities that promote physical activity and mobility
  • Document all services provided and submit reports in accordance with our agency's policies

Requirements:
  • Valid current Home Health Aide license
  • Valid current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid current driver's license and reliable personal transportation (preferred)
  • Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand directions in English
  • Physical ability to lift and transfer clients
