Position Overview

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a similar role.
  • Expertise in project estimation, cost control, bidding processes, budgeting, material take-off (MTO), and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software tools.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction laws and regulations.
  • Professional certification in construction estimating or cost engineering is advantageous.
