Skilled Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable fabricator to join our team at Celerity Staffing Solutions in Gresham, WI. As a fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating solid surface materials, cutting and fabricating various parts, and ensuring high-quality manufactured products.

About the Role:

• Fabrication of solid surface materials and other parts according to specifications.
• Cutting and fabricating various components using hand tools, saws, sanders, and routers.
• Finishing sanding surfaces and ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Loading and adjusting workpieces onto equipment or work tables as needed.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the mill to help out where needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in fabrication or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret plans/blueprints within tolerances and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour based on experience. 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday, with overtime available as needed.
