About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to our guests
  • Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to enhance the dining experience
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drinks
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
  • A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)
  • Ability to work varied schedules and hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
