Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Meat Department Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized meat department, including restocking shelves, rotating product, and ensuring proper pricing and signage.
  • Product Handling: Handle and process meat products, including grinding and cutting, and ensure that all products are fresh and in saleable condition.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries, and report any shortages or overages to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation of the department and store.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
