Dishroom Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Punch Bowl Social. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom.

• Operate and maintain the dish machine to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes
• Assist with AM prep and ensure a smooth transition between shifts
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
