Apex Technology Management is seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our team. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will play a vital role in addressing customer queries, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Closing client-facing tickets in a timely manner
- Staying in the phone queue and answering phones for 8 hours a day
- Following troubleshooting best practices and escalation policies
- Demonstrating a strong sense of customer service
- Documenting time and work in the ticketing system
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Helpdesk Technician or related discipline
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Suite, and Microsoft 365
- Effective analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to express thoughts in a clear and concise manner
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Affinity for technology
- Strong integrity with the ability to work in a highly confidential manner
- Collaborative and flexible with a consultative mindset
