About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at KYC Hospitality. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for leading our QA automation efforts, creating tests to identify problems at UI, API, and Unit levels, documenting and analyzing bugs and errors found during tests, and recommending improvements in software to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our QA automation efforts, ensuring seamless integration with our development team
  • Create comprehensive test plans and execute tests to identify defects and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and testing, with a strong focus on automation
  • Proven track record of successfully leading QA automation efforts and improving testing processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows, as well as experience with Java, Python, SQL, C++, and XML
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with testing configurable systems and multi-tenant test data
  • Knowledge of Selenium and load testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong passion for luxury hotels and travel, with a desire to learn about the business and industry
