**Job Summary**
Temple University Hospital seeks a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our multi-specialty clinics. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for directing the nursing care provided to patients on our nursing unit.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement evidenced-based policies, procedures, and work processes to ensure provision of quality patient care.
- Supervise, evaluate, guide, and counsel nursing staff in their work performance.
- Manage staffing, budget, and control of expenses.
- Develop and implement continuing development and education programs for staff.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and human resource management.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- 3 years of progressively responsible direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.
- 3 years of increasingly responsible nurse management experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- General knowledge and experience of progressively challenging managerial experience in an organization of comparable scope and complexity.
- RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License.
- BLS - Basic Life Support.
