Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic paid media plans: You will be responsible for defining and executing paid media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and leverage the latest digital trends and technologies.
  2. Lead a high-performing team: As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and promote professional development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders: You will work closely with account leads, creative teams, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of paid media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry developments: You will remain current with the latest industry trends, platforms, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and provide cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience: In paid media planning and buying, with at least 5 years of team or department management experience.
  • Agency experience preferred: Experience working in an agency environment is highly valued, but not required.
  • Digital landscape expertise: A deep understanding of the digital landscape, including social media, search, native advertising, and programmatic buying.
  • Campaign management skills: Proven ability to plan and manage strategic paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and content marketing platforms.
  • Data analysis and interpretation: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from various sources, including web analytics tools and client databases.
  • Presentation and communication skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
