Job Summary

Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina, is seeking a Movement Disorders Neurologist to join their practice. The new specialist will join two existing movement disorder providers and will have the option to perform DBS programming. Novant Health Neurology in Wilmington is home to 37 care providers, specializing in a wide variety of services including stroke, neuromuscular, epilepsy and seizures, headaches, movement disorders and intensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • See a full schedule of 90% movement disorders patients
  • Perform DBS programming
  • Work with a team of neurologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in the development of the practice's movement disorders program
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in neurology
  • Current MD license in North Carolina
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in neurology
