Acha Construction LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is currently seeking applications for the role of Concrete Construction Supervisor. This position requires a drug-free work environment, and candidates must pass a drug test upon hiring. OSHA 30 certification is mandatory for this role. Compensation will be based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a concrete crew effectively.
- Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
- Possess or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
- Travel may be necessary for specific projects.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Essential Duties:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures at Acha Construction.
- Lead multiple concrete teams across various job sites.
- Develop and implement work plans for all team members under your guidance.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and plans accurately.
- Execute tasks efficiently and within set timelines.
- Utilize company-issued devices to track project progress and complete necessary documentation.
Spanish language skills are preferred but not mandatory. The work schedule consists of Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts. Some projects may require additional hours on Fridays, with no weekend work expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $47.86 per hour
