Position Overview: A reputable healthcare facility is in search of an OBGYN to provide coverage for 1-2 weeks each month in the picturesque region of eastern Iowa, situated along the scenic Mississippi River.
Key Details:
- Start Date: Immediate and ongoing
- Board Certification: Required in OB/GYN
- Licensing: Must possess an active Iowa license or IMLC, along with BLS and NRP certifications
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM
- Weekend Call: From Friday 5 PM to Monday 7 AM
- Delivery Types: Involves both low-risk and high-risk deliveries, including complicated and routine cases
- Experience Required: Proficiency in both OB & GYN practices and emergency cesarean sections
- Preferred Certification: EFM certification is highly desirable
- Facility Level: Level 2 facility
- Electronic Medical Records: Utilizes Cerner
