About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Cheese Shop team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our unique cheeses and offerings, and ensuring the freshest and best variety of cheeses are on display and available throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Take orders, package product, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Consistently grow product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new and featured items
  • May assist with daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory
