Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Salem Hospital, Inc. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for providing phlebotomy services to our clients with professionalism and compassion.

• Perform phlebotomy services for all clients under the direction of the Phlebotomy Coordinator(s), Operations Manager, and Phlebotomy Manager.
• Provide support services to the laboratory, including handling multiple processes concurrently and effectively dealing with a wide range of personalities.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with technical and support staff to ensure seamless laboratory operations.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of a phlebotomy course or medical assisting program preferred.
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience and demonstrated proficiency in the phlebotomy field.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
