Job Summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a skilled Yard Hostler Nights to join our team. As a Yard Hostler Nights, you will play a vital role in the operation of our business by transporting tractor trailers on and off Operating Company property, including loading docks and designated parking areas, and to offsite maintenance or inspection facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Performs inspections and moves trailers safely following all DOT regulations and company safe-driving policies.
  • Fuels, moves, and parks tractors and trailers to the docks.
  • Transports tractor trailers to offsite maintenance and/or inspection facilities; requires local city driving.
  • Secures trucks, trailers, and equipment always. Completes all required documentation.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • 6+ months driving experience
  • Class A CDL needed
  • Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
  • Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
