Job Title: Tractor-Trailer Driver

Job Summary:

As a Tractor-Trailer Driver with MARS Solutions Group, you will be responsible for safely operating trucks on our site or within a city or distribution/industrial area, transporting material and equipment between warehouse yard and dock locations and designated local delivery locations based on established schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate Yard Spotter Trucks to position trailers in the trailer yard and safely move trailers to/from dock doors for loading and unloading.
  2. Load and unload trailers, perform pre-operation safety checks on the vehicle or MHE, and ensure the vehicle and equipment is in good working order prior to usage.
  3. Immediately report vehicle issues to the on-site Mechanic/Welder.
  4. May be required to use the customer's warehouse management system (WMS) to generate/close out manifests.

Requirements:

  1. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  2. Warehouse and WMS experience preferred.
  3. 2-3 years' experience of over-the-road tractor trailer driving.
  4. Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts and other).
  5. Ability to operate power tools and other industrial equipment.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position located on the Northeast Side of Milwaukee. The pay rate is $24.23 per hour to start. If you are a motivated and experienced driver looking for a new challenge, please apply today
