Key Responsibilities and QualificationsThe Chief will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care by overseeing the overall operations and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s), as well as managing forecasting, planning, and budget oversight. The Chief will cultivate a culture of accountability and teamwork while supporting the development and execution of strategies, policies, and procedures that align with facility goals.
Required Qualifications:- Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership experience
Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) is a comprehensive healthcare facility with over 318 patient beds, serving southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana. Our facility includes an ER, a Level II Trauma Center, a Level 1 ICU, and the only Burn Center in Idaho.
