A leading Architecture and Interior Design firm in Chicago is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join their team on a temporary basis, with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project documentation and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Documentation: Assist in picking up redlines and producing project document sets for various projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal project teams to ensure document sets meet client expectations.
  • Project Phases: Participate in projects from pre-design phase through construction document phase.
  • Client Meetings: May sit in on client meetings to provide support and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent from a US-accredited institution.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in a traditional architecture firm, with a focus on healthcare projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Sketchup, and Enscape, with the ability to produce full project document sets with minimal supervision.
  • Licensure: Licensure is a plus, but not required.
