Rochester Regional Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Clifton Springs Hospital. As a member of our SCHI department, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Service: Provide high-quality patient care, promote health and wellness, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Medication Administration & Reporting: Administer medications safely and accurately, and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and concise documentation of patient care and treatment, using computerized medical records.
  • Preparation: Ensure clinical areas are properly supplied and exam rooms are available and stocked.
Requirements
  • Education: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
  • Licenses / Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Physical Requirements: Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
