About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and steam systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities, including lubrication, inspection, and replacement of parts.
  • Use diagnostic tools, such as manuals, checklists, and test equipment, to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with production operators, coworkers, and supervisors to identify and resolve equipment problems.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Requirements
  • Advanced experience with steam systems, steam turbines, evaporator processes, and gas-fired boilers.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and bearings.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools, such as manuals, checklists, and test equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
