As the HR Specialist for Operations, you will cultivate relationships with leaders and employees across our organization.

You will assist managers during critical moments in the employee lifecycle and guide them in unlocking their team’s potential, inspiring high levels of engagement and productivity.


What You Will Do:

1. Assess and recommend programs or strategies that influence the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of our workforce.


2. Provide HR support and coaching to managers on HR policies, people management, and career development across various facilities.

3. Counsel and coach employees and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and resolving formal/informal complaints in alignment with local culture and legal requirements.

4. Support HR data analytics by manipulating, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making and share valuable insights that influence team engagement and productivity.

5. Facilitate and deliver HR training sessions to employees.


6. Ensure effective talent management, including recruitment, assessment, and development as the organization expands.

7. Assist managers in identifying training needs to support employee skill development.

8. Stay informed on relevant employment laws and compliance issues, updating management on policies as necessary.


9. Collaborate with peers and subject matter experts to resolve employee issues promptly.

10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.


2-3 years of experience in various HR functions (staffing, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience using HRIS databases and reporting applications.

Experience supporting manufacturing or hourly workforces is essential.
