Job Overview

As a Bakery Artist at Brookshire, you will harness your artistic flair and technical expertise to craft and embellish a variety of bakery items while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, frost, and adorn cakes and assorted baked goods in accordance with customer specifications.
• Design elaborate patterns on cakes by following sketches or creating original freehand art.
• Mix and match icing colors to achieve the desired visual effects.
• Stay informed about current cake decorating trends and organize production schedules accordingly.
• Assess products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
• Offer courteous customer service and encourage product sales.
