Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machinist A - 1st Shift Manual to join our team at CIRCOR. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating specialized machinery to perform precision machining operations on metal components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute rough and finish machining on a variety of machines, including CNC and manual equipment.
  • Perform setups independently and operate advanced machine tools, such as CNC machines.
  • Meet close tolerances and maintain high levels of precision in your work.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the production team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; concentration in machining or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in machining, with a focus on manual machining and CNC operations.
  • Strong knowledge of machinist tools and hand tools, including micrometers, verniers, indicators, scales, and dial bore gage.
  • Ability to read blueprints and geometric tolerances.
  • US Citizenship required for DOD requirements.
