We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our Crowne Plaza Knoxville team. As a Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for ensuring our hotel guests have a wonderful stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic cleaning duties, including making beds, removing trash, mopping, dusting, and cleaning restrooms
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping closet
  • Answer general questions from guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items, and any damage or repairs needed
Requirements:
  • Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
