We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Outside Services Attendant to enhance our talented Golf Team. This position involves various responsibilities aimed at ensuring optimal customer service for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful and friendly service to all members and guests, greeting them by name with a smile.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, ensuring attire is clean and adheres to dress code standards.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or significant matters.
  • Perform tasks related to the Practice Range, including setting up stations, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting members.
  • Manage duties in the Cart Barn, such as staging golf carts, cleaning clubs, and assisting members at the end of their rounds.
  • Handle Valet/Bag Drop responsibilities, including transporting golf bags and parking vehicles.
  • Act as a Starter, informing members of course rules and conditions, and ensuring timely tee-offs.
  • Monitor course play as a Ranger, focusing on pace and addressing any on-course issues.
  • Promote a safe working environment, emphasizing health and safety practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • Some experience in a related field is beneficial.
  • Must be at least 19 years old and possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry golf-related equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Dependable and consistent in attendance.
  • Awareness of safety practices and the ability to recognize hazards.
