- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, promoting a positive and respectful care environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in geriatric care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
