Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Technicians.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and implement suitable physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to uphold high standards of physical therapy practice.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Perform detailed assessments and timely quality improvement scoring.
- Address patient pain to enhance functional participation in rehabilitation.
- Develop and maintain individualized plans of care for each patient.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
- Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
