About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Professional to join our team at Titan Arbor Care in Hinckley, Ohio. This is a full-time position responsible for performing lawn care and maintenance duties for residential and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a landscaper, excellent stamina, and physical health. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Create daily reports of completed work
  • Maintain flower beds with a sprinkler or irrigation system
  • Work with fellow crew members to complete landscape design, construction, installation, and maintenance
  • Apply pesticides when necessary for weed control
  • Ensure lawn care, groundskeeping, and maintenance duties are completed, including mulching, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, raking, edging, and pruning
  • Assist with yard debris removal after tree removal, landscaping stumps removed, planting trees, and operating tree care equipment

Requirements:

  • A U.S. driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the work site
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation:

$40,000 per year
