Key Responsibilities

  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote approved indications of BMS products within a designated territory to achieve or surpass sales objectives while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Demand Generation: Cultivate demand for BMS medicines by clearly communicating the clinical and scientific rationale for their use in suitable patient populations.
  • Scientific Expertise: Maintain and enhance a robust understanding of all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies.
  • Insight Utilization: Leverage available tools to derive insights that inform call plans and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Scientific Communication: Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) with accurate and compelling scientific information using approved resources.
  • External Engagement: Organize and facilitate external speaker programs, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Real-time Support: Provide immediate medical support to address unsolicited inquiries and complex questions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience for HCPs.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced scientific degree with a minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, particularly in healthcare sales or related fields.
  • Proven ability to communicate scientific data effectively to assist physicians in patient care.
  • Strong track record of building credibility with key stakeholders and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Experience in Immunology and Gastroenterology is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in account management and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a proactive and positive approach.
