About the Role

Sedgwick is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Center Representative. As a key member of our service center, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with customers, providing timely and accurate information regarding claims and servicing processes.
  • Educate customers on documentation requirements, payment information, and claim status through multiple communication channels.
  • Enter accurate and detailed information into our claims management system, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler and direct customer calls to the correct contact or escalate to management as needed.
  • Meet attendance requirements during scheduled work hours.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's quality program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college courses preferred.
  • One year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required; inbound call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.
