We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at Elm Wood Center in Claremont, NH.

Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care. This role involves assisting patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), reporting changes in condition, and participating in care planning.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and other ADLs
  • Report changes in patient and resident condition, patient/family concerns, or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor
  • Participate in the care planning process
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
