We are seeking an Academic Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Doctorate in Psychology with a specialization in Developmental Psychology. They will be responsible for teaching a 24-credit course load per year, covering foundational areas of psychology, including developmental psychology, general psychology, and child and adolescent psychology. The position also involves advising students, contributing to student growth and development, committee assignments, ongoing professional development, service to the University and community, and engagement with the broader Minnesota State College and University System.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching, a proven track record of instructional technology skills, including online instruction, and experience working with diverse populations. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, administrative, and mentoring skills, as well as a deep understanding of liberal arts principles.
