As a part-time Endodontist, you will have the opportunity to work in a predominantly PPO practice with direct referrals from several General Dentists. Our comprehensive dental office offers a 50% production compensation package, making it an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.

Position Details:

• Flexible part-time schedule

Schedule:

• 4 days a month
• 2 days a month in Avondale and 2 days in Laveen

Position Qualifications:

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Endodontic Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License
• Other licenses/certifications
