Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage on-site teams to achieve occupancy levels, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, retention, and overall property performance
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to enforce company policies, procedures, and internal operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide training and guidance to on-site personnel to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with company policies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management, preferably in affordable housing
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, such as Yardi or RealPage
