Job Title: Healthcare Leadership Coordinator - Patient Care Unit

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the Nurse Manager in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care services within the PCU unit, ensuring quality care is provided to patients. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing clinical leadership for patient care activities, preparing and facilitating staff schedules, directing professional and non-professional nursing personnel, and participating in team member development and evaluation.
  • Implementing and leading process improvement activities within the unit, representing the Nurse Manager as needed, and providing direct patient care and attending meetings as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A valid FL RN license.
  • Prior experience of at least three years in an acute care setting is preferred, with previous leadership experience also advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under stressful conditions.
  • Demonstrated clinical, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set priorities, adjust to change, work independently, and perform effectively in crisis situations.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
