Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Clive, Iowa. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide high-quality patient care, assess patient needs, and develop treatment plans to achieve optimal emotional health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapies within required time frames
  • Assess patient needs regularly and assist in developing and updating Master Treatment Plans
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure each treatment modality is appropriate for the patient
  • Complete specialized clinical social work services, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and provide referrals as needed

Requirements

  • Masters degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, or a related field
  • Licensed in the state of Iowa as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
  • One or more years' experience in a mental health setting preferred
