About the Role:

Resilient Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist PRN Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in helping patients overcome physical, mental, or developmental conditions and achieve their full potential.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist PRN Specialist to provide top-notch patient care. You will work closely with clients to identify and address areas of performance that impact their health, well-being, and quality of life. Your expertise will help them develop strategies to safely perform daily living activities and instrumental activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop personalized plans to address their goals and objectives
  • Select and adapt occupational therapy treatment models, methods, and approaches to meet individual needs
  • Teach clients new skills and strategies to enhance their daily lives, including adaptive equipment use and training
  • Collaborate with family members and caregivers to ensure effective communication and support
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and document processes to inform future treatment plans
  • Regularly follow up with clients to evaluate progress and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in occupational therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid Texas OT license and current BLS/CPR certification
  • Proven experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Salary Information:

This is a part-time position, and we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
