Job Title: Epic Principal Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Epic Principal Trainer to join our team at Ask IT Consulting. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training content for EpicCare Inpatient, ClinDoc, and other related applications
  • Develop role-based training materials using various software programs and tools
  • Maintain policy and procedure documentation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials and answer participant questions
  • Assist with building and testing of training environments and provide support and troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Principal Trainer
  • Certification in EpicCare Inpatient, ClinDoc, and Long Term Care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn new content and develop strong training programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Secure Chat, Rover, Clinical Case Management, and Behavioral Health
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
