Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Skywalk Group. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing plant operations to ensure that compounding, compression, and packaging activities are completed on schedule and adhere to cGMP, SOP, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage plant personnel, including staffing, development, and performance oversight.
  • Production Planning: Oversee personnel allocation, scheduling, and production according to the weekly plan, utilizing the ERP system to ensure materials, supplies, and resources are available.
  • Quality and Safety: Collaborate with team leads to ensure work areas and equipment are safe, clean, and inspection-ready before start-up and properly prepared for use after inspection.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner across internal departments to schedule preventative maintenance, conduct cGMP training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and plant operations required; overseeing FDA/cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing operations preferred.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required; basic knowledge of quality management systems preferred.
