Speech Language Pathologist Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders based on physician orders/referrals
- Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate assessment tools and procedures
- Develop treatment plans to improve patients' maximum level of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
- Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, family members, and others as applicable
- Maintain and submit evaluation, treatment, and billing documentation in the required format and timelines
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist by state in which practicing
- Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations
- A minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
