About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for representing various brands across multiple retail locations. Your primary focus will be on executing retail merchandising activities to drive sales growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Locate and stock merchandise in store backrooms to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Stock and pack out products to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Face and arrange products to maximize visibility and sales potential.
  • Receive and distribute marketing materials to stores, and install promotional displays as instructed.
  • Set up and maintain product displays, and reset displays as needed to meet client requirements.
  • Answer simple questions and complete tasks using our field technology on your mobile device.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
  • Represent our clients and our company in retail stores within your assigned area.

Requirements

  • Enjoy working independently in stores while building relationships with store associates and managers.
  • Take ownership of your stores and become a trusted resource for our clients.
  • Effectively communicate with store associates, managers, and our merchandising team nationwide.
  • Utilize our support resources and best practices to ensure success.
  • Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions.
  • Report your work daily and maintain accurate records.

What You Need

  • Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations.
  • A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
