Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve targeted sales volumes by establishing new client accounts, enhancing existing volumes, and nurturing long-term relationships with both current and prospective clients in specialized programs such as hospice or infusion services.

- Meet growth objectives and projected targets.

- Formulate a quarterly sales strategy, identifying and prioritizing high-volume accounts. Develop tailored strategies to meet financial goals each quarter, which may include community presentations and educational seminars for healthcare professionals.

- Provide management and operations with requested reports.

- Exhibit professional sales techniques. Successfully navigate each phase of the sales call process, address obstacles, and cultivate positive relationships with clients.

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of the specialty product line, including the application of products/services offered and market differentiators. Possess familiarity with a wide range of applications and the ability to recognize market differentiators.

- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong presentation skills for platform sales.

- Experience in hospice or infusion sales is preferred.
