About the Role

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in the South Bay area, including Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Santa Cruz. This role will also consider East Bay Area or San Joaquin County locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized mortgage solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with lending guidelines and their needs.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of customer relationships, identifying opportunities to retain and acquire new clients through sales calls.
  • Prepare loan solutions and refer products and services, reviewing documentation to ensure compliance and managing the customer pipeline for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions, analyzing client financial information for multifaceted borrowers.
What We Offer
  • A salary of $37,440 per year, plus incentive opportunities.
