About the Role

In this dynamic retail environment, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while focusing on operational efficiency and speed of service. You will engage customers, process transactions, and create a compelling shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer service goals
• Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
• Participate in daily service processes, including register balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies

• 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
