As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Communication: Utilize the AIDET method to effectively communicate with patients, ensuring their needs are met and establishing a positive rapport.
  • Diagnostic Imaging: Perform timely and accurate radiology procedures, ensuring that patients receive the necessary evaluations and treatments.
  • Record Keeping: Properly record patient information and maintain accurate records in our Health Electronic Record (HER) system.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform quality control checks and audits on radiologic equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Radiation Safety: Implement radiation safety measures and protection devices to safeguard patients and staff.
  • General Patient Care: Provide assistance with general patient care as needed, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings and participate in team efforts to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree from an accredited Radiology Technology program.
  • Licensure: Current ARRT license and NM License.
  • Certification: Current BLS certification.
