Logistics Trainee

About the Job: We are looking for a Logistics Trainee to join our team in Milton, PA. In this role, you will assist our Driver Merchandiser with route deliveries and merchandising of all products. You will also help to maintain a driving record that is acceptable to the company and start training to acquire a CDL license in preparation for the position of Driver.

As a Logistics Trainee, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers on an assigned route, merchandising and displaying products according to company standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. You will also work closely with our Driver Merchandiser team to deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include delivering products to customers on an assigned route, merchandising and displaying products according to company standards, invoicing and collecting amounts due, settling accounts daily, picking up company property and returns, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Salary and Benefits: As a Logistics Trainee, you can expect to earn an estimated $19+ per hour (based on experience). Our company offers a range of benefits, including uniforms provided, up to two weeks of paid time off in your first year, and three weeks the following year. You will also be eligible for additional perks, such as $125 for new safety shoes on your first day and discounts with other companies through Coke.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, a valid CDL Class A Permit, and a driving record within MVR policy guidelines. You will also need to be able to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
