We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Gymnastics Instructor at The Little Gym of Port Saint Lucie.

About the Role

As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics programs to children aged 4 months to 12 years. You will create a fun and engaging learning environment, promoting physical development, confidence, and social skills in our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver gymnastics programs that cater to the needs of our students, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach to program delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives, aligning with The Little Gym's mission and values.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in gymnastics instruction or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting diversity and equity.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
