Warehouse Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatcher to join our team at Palmer Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through our warehouse facilities.

• Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues
• Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistical challenges or concerns

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus
